  Terrible! My husband had an appointment at 315. checked in at 3 and got called back to his room at 4:09. Wow!
  
  Could have told us the wait was going to be an hour!!! Need to call patients and let them know the Doc is running late so patients don't have to sit and wait for an hour!
  
  Army had to refer the appt off post. Terrible service.
